What is the College2U Roadshow?

College2U Roadshow is a free college access program bringing 2-year, 4-year, public, private, in-state and out-of-state colleges and universities to Wisconsin rural and small-town schools. It’s an opportunity for students and families to hear college-going information and tips from both rural college students and college representatives, while having a chance to learn more about individual colleges and universities.

What does the schedule look like?

The first hour is a panel of the visiting college representatives and a Rural Peer Advisor. Another Rural Peer Advisor moderates the panel. The panel covers general college-going, with questions developed by the Rural Peer Advisors, and is not the opportunity for colleges to promote their schools. 

The second hour or hour-and-a-half is the college fair. Students and families have an opportunity to visit the colleges and talk more with them about what their campus has to offer. 

Who is it for?

It is for rural and small-town high school students, grades 9-12, and their parents and families.
